Selling embroidered sweatshirts and tees

PageLinen sells embroidered tops, and for now nothing else. The catalog has three sections of ten designs each: Embroidered Sweatshirts, most of them made for readers, Embroidered T-Shirts and Christmas Sweatshirts. Every design is stitched on: 29 are embroidered in thread, and one Christmas sweatshirt carries a sewn-on gingham appliqué bow. Prices run from $33.99 for a tee to $67.99 for the largest Comfort Colors sweatshirts.

Stitching each design to order

The designs come from an independent embroidery studio in the United States and are sold here with its permission. Nothing is made ahead. After an order comes in, that studio, PageLinen’s production partner, embroiders the design onto a blank: a Gildan 18000 or Comfort Colors 1566 crewneck, or a Comfort Colors tee. The stitching and packing take 3 to 4 business days.

Following one order from checkout to doorstep

1. The order is placed. Before 4:30 PM MST on a business day, that day counts.
2. The partner embroiders, checks and packs the top within 3 to 4 business days.
3. An email with the tracking link goes out the day it ships.
4. The carrier delivers within 6 to 7 business days.
5. A 30-day return window opens on the delivery date.

Running the shop from Phoenix

Support works from Phoenix, Arizona, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST. The same small team answers the email, the phone and the contact form, handles returns and issues refunds. Customers deal with PageLinen directly; the partner doesn’t take customer calls.

Naming the company and its partner

PageLinen is the trading name of JENNIFER ANN CHAGOLLA FUNY LLC. Every sale on this site is made by that LLC, which also stands behind the policies linked in the footer. Embroidery and shipping are done by its production partner, the same US studio the designs come from. It works to PageLinen’s order and isn’t named on the site.

Waiting a little longer for made-to-order

Stitching each top after checkout means delivery takes 9 to 11 business days instead of two or three. It also means no warehouse full of unsold sizes, and a top that’s embroidered the week it’s bought. Because nothing is pre-made, changing size means returning one top and ordering another, so the Size Guide is worth a look first.

Being clear about what PageLinen isn’t

The Phoenix address is a mailing address in an apartment building. There’s no shop, studio or pickup point there, and returns can’t be sent to it. PageLinen isn’t connected to Gildan or Comfort Colors; those names describe the blanks. It doesn’t sell wholesale.

Starting small: a note from PageLinen

PageLinen is a small business. One LLC in Phoenix runs it, and a production partner in the United States stitches each order. The catalog is short: sweatshirts and tees, sorted into three sections.

Being small shows in a few ways. Support works weekdays only, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST. Each top is stitched after it’s ordered, so delivery takes 9 to 11 business days. And the store doesn’t have a long track record yet, which is why these pages stick to what it can actually do, with every date and fee written down.

More kinds of products are planned as the business grows. Until then, the catalog stays with sweatshirts and tees. A new product line goes up only when it can be described accurately and shipped under the terms on these pages; if it needs different shipping or return rules, the policies are updated first and show a new effective date.
