Email is the channel that handles everything: orders, sizing, delivery, returns, refunds, payments and privacy. contact@pagelinen.com can be written to at any hour. Messages that arrive overnight or on a weekend are read first thing on the next business day.

Getting a reply within 1 business day

Every message gets an answer within 1 business day, whichever way it was sent. A form message sent on Saturday afternoon, for example, is answered by the end of Monday.

Reaching support on weekdays

Support works Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM MST, the time in Phoenix. Federal holidays are days off.

Phone support runs during the hours above. A voicemail left outside them is returned on the next business day, and leaving the order number in the message speeds things up.

Using the contact form

A message sent through the form below gets the same reply time as an email: within 1 business day.

Including the right details

A reply comes faster with:

1. the order number, shown after “Order #” in the confirmation email,
2. the email address used at checkout,
3. the design name or the PGL code on the listing, and
4. photos, when a top arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Marking privacy requests

Put “Privacy request” at the start of the subject when asking to see, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of sale and sharing. Each of those rights is described in the Privacy Policy.

Mailing letters to Phoenix
