Making each top in the United States
No design on PageLinen is embroidered ahead of time. Each sweatshirt and tee is stitched after checkout by a production partner in the United States, which embroiders the design, folds the top, packs it and hands the package to the carrier, so every order ships from inside the country. The LLC’s address in Phoenix, Arizona, is a mailing address. Nothing ships from it.
Counting the order day
Business days here are weekdays that aren’t US federal holidays. Orders placed before 4:30 PM MST on a business day start that same day. Miss the deadline, or order over a weekend or on a holiday, and the first business day after that becomes the order day. MST is the time in Phoenix, where support works.
Example: an order placed at 2:10 PM MST on Monday, November 9, 2026, starts on November 9. The same order placed at 4:45 PM starts on Tuesday, November 10.
Stitching and packing the order
The partner needs 3 to 4 business days to embroider the design, check the stitching and hand the package over. Embroidery takes longer than printing, and a detailed design can run to thousands of stitches.
The November 9 order above ships on Friday, November 13 or Monday, November 16. Veterans Day, November 11, doesn’t count.
Riding with the carrier
After the first carrier scan, transit takes 6 to 7 business days. Weekends and federal holidays are skipped here too.
Adding it up: 9 to 11 business days
Embroidery and packing take 3 to 4 business days and the carrier 6 to 7 more, which puts the package at the door 9 to 11 business days after the order day.
Example: the Monday, November 9 order arrives between Monday, November 23 and Wednesday, November 25, 2026. Placed at 4:45 PM instead, it arrives between Tuesday, November 24 and Friday, November 27, since Thanksgiving falls on November 26.
Pricing the delivery
Orders under $109.00 pay $6.99 for shipping, charged once per order. Orders of $109.00 or more ship free. Checkout labels the two options “Standard shipping” and “Free shipping”.
Example: two Comfort Colors 1566 sweatshirts at $59.99 each come to $119.98 and ship free. One Gildan 18000 sweatshirt at $39.99 pays the $6.99.
Reading the shipping line
The $109.00 line is measured on the item subtotal after any discount code and before tax. A $120.00 cart with a $15.00 code drops to $105.00, and the $6.99 fee returns. The fee stays the same for one top or six.
Leaving out extra charges
No handling, packing, fuel or rush fee is added, and nothing is preselected in the cart. The checkout total is the tops, the shipping line and any sales tax.
Calculating sales tax
Checkout adds sales tax based on the delivery address, as a separate line you can read before paying. The shipping fee may be taxed along with the tops, depending on that address.
Reaching the lower 48 and DC
Delivery covers the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, to a street address. One address per order.
Turning away some addresses
Checkout won’t offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the other US territories, or to any address outside the United States. PO boxes and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses can’t be served either. If one of those gets through checkout, support writes within 1 business day to ask for a street address. Until it arrives the order is held, for 24 hours at most, after which PageLinen voids it and returns the payment in full.
Choosing a carrier
The production partner chooses the carrier for each package, based on the route. The carrier’s name comes in the shipping email, next to the tracking link. Customers can’t select a carrier or pay for faster delivery.
Following the tracking link
The day the package ships, an email with a tracking link goes to the address used at checkout. Expect an empty page for up to 1 business day: carriers post their first scan late. A second way in is the Order Tracking page, which needs the number from the order email and the billing email address.
Fixing an address
For 24 hours after checkout, the delivery address can still change. Reply to the order email, or write to support with the order number and the full new address. After 24 hours the embroidery may already be underway and the label printed, so a change can’t be promised.
Example: an order placed at 10:20 AM MST on a Tuesday can be corrected until 10:20 AM MST on Wednesday.
Running out of a blank
Now and then the partner runs short of a garment in one color or size. Support then emails within 1 business day with three choices:
- wait until that blank is back in stock,
- switch to another color or size at the same price, or
- cancel the order for a full refund.
If no choice comes back within 7 days, the order is canceled and refunded in full.
Missing the ship date
If the package hasn’t shipped within 4 business days of the order day, support emails a new ship date. Accept the new date, or cancel for your money back in full. Without your yes, the order doesn’t go ahead. The FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires that choice.
Example: an order that started on November 9 and is still waiting on Monday, November 16 gets that email.
Finding nothing after a delivered scan
Delivered scans sometimes come before the driver does. Wait 48 hours after the delivered scan, ask neighbors and check the mailroom, then write to support within 7 days of that scan.
Example: a scan at 3 PM MST on Friday, November 20 means waiting until 3 PM on Sunday, November 22, and reporting by Friday, November 27.
Once 7 business days go by with no fresh scan, support requests a trace from the carrier.
Opening a damaged package
Torn mailer, wet sweatshirt, pulled thread? Report it within 7 days of delivery:
- Photograph the shipping label.
- Photograph the packaging as it arrived.
- Take close photos of the damage or the embroidery fault.
- Email all three to support with the order number.
The fix is a fresh top, embroidered free, or a refund of everything paid. If the damaged top needs to come back, a prepaid label is included.
Settling a delivery problem
Once the photos or the carrier’s findings are in, a decision follows within 7 business days: a replacement, a refund or the result of the trace.
Planning around storms and peak season
Snowstorms, hurricanes, carrier strikes and the December rush can stretch transit past 6 to 7 business days. A slowdown like that doesn’t remove the right to cancel described under missing the ship date.
Sending a top back
Returns have their own page. It covers the 30 days from delivery, the $0.00 restocking fee and the RMA email that carries the return address. Read the Refund and Returns Policy before mailing anything.
