Describing embroidered tops

Every design on PageLinen is machine stitched onto a ready-made blank after the order is placed, as embroidery or, in one case, a sewn-on fabric appliqué. The blanks are the Gildan 18000 crewneck sweatshirt, the Comfort Colors 1566 crewneck, the Comfort Colors 1717 tee and a Comfort Colors pocket tee. Those brand names describe the garment underneath the stitching. PageLinen isn’t affiliated with Gildan or Comfort Colors.

Listing photos show a finished example. Your top is stitched separately, so thread shade, stitch texture and the exact position of the design can differ a little from the photo. Differences like that are part of how embroidery works and aren’t treated as faults; the Refund and Returns Policy explains what is.

Judging color and fit from a screen

Screens shift color. Comfort Colors garments are dyed after sewing, so two tops in the same color can come out a shade apart. Size charts list chest width laid flat and body length for each blank, and a garment can measure slightly over or under its chart. The Size Guide has every chart in one place.

Limiting liability

To the extent the law allows, PageLinen’s total responsibility for any order is the amount paid for that order. PageLinen isn’t responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed event, when a package arrives inside or after its estimate. Nothing here limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that can’t be waived.

Treating delivery dates as estimates

Delivery takes 9 to 11 business days from the order day in normal conditions, as the Shipping Policy explains. Those numbers are estimates, and no delivery date is guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak season can push a package later, and the cancellation rights on the Shipping Policy still apply.

Taking care of your own information

A correct street address, the right size and a working email are the customer’s part. Washing and drying the top as its care label says is too. Embroidery lasts longest washed inside out on cold and dried low.

Applying Arizona law

Arizona law governs this disclaimer. Disputes go to the state courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, or to the US District Court for the District of Arizona.

When this disclaimer changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. The version on the site at the time of an order applies to that order.
