Identifying the seller

pagelinen.com and every order placed on it belong to JENNIFER ANN CHAGOLLA FUNY LLC, organized in Arizona (EIN 99-4782142), with a mailing address at 17425 N 19th Ave, Apt 2206, Phoenix, AZ 85023, United States. PageLinen is its trading name. “The customer” in these terms means the person who visits the site or places an order.

Describing the products

PageLinen sells embroidered sweatshirts and tees. Each design is stitched onto a blank garment after the order is placed, by a production partner in the United States. Listing photos show a finished example, and small differences in thread shade and placement are normal, as the Disclaimer explains. Sizes and measurements are on each listing and in the Size Guide.

Ordering as an adult

Ordering requires being 18 or older and buying the tops to wear or to give; resale falls outside these terms. The customer is responsible for giving a correct name, email, phone number and delivery address.

Setting prices and availability

Listed prices, in US dollars, may change at any time. A new price never touches an order that’s already been paid. A design or size can be taken off the site without notice. If a clearly wrong price appears, the Payment Policy describes how the order is corrected or canceled.

Forming the contract

Checkout turns the cart into an offer: these tops, at these prices, to this delivery address. The confirmation email shows the order was received; the contract is formed when the package ships. If an order can’t be filled, it’s canceled and the payment is returned in full.

Charging the order

PageLinen charges the full checkout total at the moment the order is placed. Its parts are the tops, the shipping line and any sales tax, and nothing else.

Canceling an order

The customer may cancel within 24 hours of checkout by replying to the order email or writing to support. After that, embroidery may have begun and the order continues; the return rights in the Refund and Returns Policy apply after delivery. If a package hasn’t shipped within the time promised on the Shipping Policy, the customer can cancel for a full refund.

Following the shipping, returns and payment pages

Three pages carry the details. Delivery times and charges are listed on the Shipping Policy. For the 30-day window and refund timing, see the Refund and Returns Policy, and for accepted methods, the Payment Policy. All three are part of these terms.

Using the website

The site may be used to browse and buy for personal use. Scraping it with bots, interfering with checkout, placing fraudulent orders or trying to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours isn’t allowed and can lead to orders being canceled.

Respecting the designs and content

The embroidery designs are used with their creator’s permission. The photos, text and layout of pagelinen.com belong to PageLinen or to the people who licensed them to it. None of it may be copied, reproduced on other products or used commercially without written permission.

Posting reviews

Reviews can be left only by buyers whose order is verified. PageLinen doesn’t pay or give gifts for reviews, doesn’t write them itself and doesn’t hide negative ones, in line with the FTC Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule. Reviews with abuse, private information or unrelated links may be removed.

Anyone who believes a design or photo on the site infringes their copyright can send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to contact@pagelinen.com. Include the work, the page where it appears, contact details, and a statement made in good faith and under penalty of perjury. The listing is reviewed and, where the notice is valid, removed.

Disclaiming warranties

Apart from the commitments in the policies above and any warranty that law requires, the tops and the site are provided as they are. The site may go down or contain mistakes from time to time.

Capping liability

However a claim about an order arises, PageLinen’s responsibility tops out at what was paid for that order, to the extent the law allows. PageLinen isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Consumer rights that the law won’t let anyone sign away remain.

Indemnifying PageLinen

The customer agrees to cover PageLinen’s reasonable costs from claims caused by the customer misusing the site or breaking these terms.

Linking to other sites

Links to PayPal, carriers and other outside services are there for convenience. Those services set their own terms, and PageLinen isn’t responsible for them.

Choosing Arizona law and courts

Arizona law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, or to the US District Court for the District of Arizona, unless the law of the customer’s home state gives the right to bring the case there.

Resolving disputes informally first

Before any court filing, the customer and PageLinen agree to try to settle the issue by email for 30 days. There’s no arbitration requirement in these terms, and class actions aren’t waived. A small claims case is always an option for the customer.

Excusing events beyond control

Delays caused by storms, natural disasters, carrier strikes, outages or other events outside PageLinen’s control aren’t a breach of these terms. Even then, the customer keeps the right to cancel a late order.

Severing an invalid clause

A clause a court refuses to enforce drops out on its own; every other clause keeps working.

Reading these terms as the whole agreement

Nothing outside these terms and the pages linked above changes the deal between PageLinen and the customer on site use or orders.

Changing these terms

The terms can be updated, and the effective date at the top shows the latest version. The version on the site when an order is placed governs that order.
